• A non‑refundable retainer is required to secure all bookings.
• Remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event, unless otherwise stated.
• Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

• Retainers are non‑refundable under all circumstances.
• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event may transfer the retainer to a future date (one time only).
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event forfeit all payments.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require a new retainer if the date is changed more than once.

• Delivery fees are based on distance, time, and installation complexity.
• Client must ensure the venue is accessible at the agreed‑upon time.
• If the venue is not ready or accessible, additional wait‑time fees may apply.
• Outdoor installations are subject to weather conditions; Balloons “R” Us is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or venue restrictions.

Balloons are sensitive to heat, wind, rain, and direct sunlight.

• We cannot guarantee longevity for outdoor balloon décor.
• Once installed, Balloons “R” Us is not responsible for popping, oxidation, fading, or weather‑related damage.
• No refunds or replacements will be issued for weather‑related issues.

• Indoor balloon décor typically lasts longer but is still affected by temperature, humidity, and handling.
• Balloons “R” Us does not guarantee how long balloons will last after installation.
• Once we leave the premises, the client assumes full responsibility for the décor.

• Balloons are not toys and may pose a choking hazard.
• Children must be supervised around balloon décor.
• Balloons “R” Us is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages caused by balloon misuse.
• Client is responsible for ensuring décor placement does not violate venue rules or fire codes.

• Client is responsible for any damage to rental items (frames, stands, backdrops, props, etc.).
• Lost, stolen, or damaged rental items will incur replacement fees.
• If décor is moved, altered, or removed by anyone other than Balloons “R” Us, the client assumes all liability.

By booking, the client acknowledges:

• Balloons “R” Us provides décor in our signature style.
• Colors may vary slightly due to lighting, manufacturing differences, or availability.
• Substitutions may be made if certain colors or materials are unavailable, but we will maintain the overall design theme.

Balloons “R” Us reserves the right to:

• Photograph installations
• Use photos for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes

If you prefer not to have your event photographed, please notify us in writing before your event date.

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate event details
• Ensure venue access at scheduled times
• Obtain permission from the venue for balloon décor
• Protect décor from pets, children, heat sources, and sharp objects
• Not attach balloons to textured walls, popcorn ceilings, or surfaces that may peel

• All payments are non‑refundable.
• Refunds are not issued for weather, décor longevity, or client‑caused issues.
• If Balloons “R” Us must cancel due to emergency, a full refund will be issued.

Balloons “R” Us is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by:

• Weather
• Natural disasters
• Power outages
• Accidents
• Illness
• Venue closures
• Any event beyond our control

In such cases, payments may be transferred to a future date.
